Competition team hosting, mentoring, and a place to build
FIRST Robotics at The Collaboratory is a home for teams that want space, mentors, and a community around the work. Youth design, build, code, and iterate on robots — then take them to competitions and challenges.
A robot rarely works perfectly the first time, and that is part of the point. Trial and error, troubleshooting, collaboration, and starting over are where a lot of the learning happens. Students work alongside mentors, engineers, programmers, and other youth who can challenge their thinking or show another way to approach a problem.
Whether you already have a team, want to join one, or are curious about robotics for the first time, you do not need a finished idea. Curiosity is enough to get started.
